【Important Notice Regarding the Sale of Commemorative Items
　(Venue Sales Items) — Please Read Carefully】
●Purchases of venue sales items are limited to one transaction per person per entry.
●These commemorative items (venue sales items) are
advance-release products (excluding certain items).
●Sales may end without prior notice during the event period.
Thank you for your understanding.
●Depending on the item, products will be available either for on-site
pickup or for delivery only. Please note that we cannot change pickup items to delivery,
or arrange delivery for them.
●Both pickup and delivery items are prepared in limited quantities each day. We
appreciate your understanding if items are sold out.
●Each customer may purchase only one unit per item per transaction.
※For BE@RBRICK SERIES48 only, the upper limit is 1 BOX (up to 24 pieces).
●For customers who wish to have items delivered, please fill in your details on the
order sheet while waiting in line at the register.
●The BE@RBRICK HxS (HIROTA SAIGANSHO) METALLIC BLUE 400% is only available to those
who win the lottery held at the venue register.
●BE@RBRICK 1000% items are scheduled to be shipped in mid-August.
●Delivery for BE@RBRICK 1000% items is limited to addresses within Japan and
will be shipped to the address provided on the order sheet.
●Changes to the shipping address or forwarding requests cannot be accepted
after the order is placed. Please ensure the shipping address is one
where you personally can receive the package.
●We cannot accommodate address forwarding through the courier service or
pickup at delivery offices.
●Returns, cancellations, and exchanges will not be accepted at the venue.
●Please do not loiter around the venue or inside Omotesando Hills before or
after your visit, and refrain from occupying space with purchased items or engaging
in monetary exchanges, as such actions may cause inconvenience to nearby shops
and are strictly prohibited.
●Hills Card services (e.g., point accumulation) and parking discount services are not
available for purchases made at this event.
●Shopping vouchers, gift certificates, and similar payment methods cannot be used.
●After this advance sale at the event, the commemorative items (venue sales items)
will be available at MEDICOM TOY's official online store and directly operated shops
(excluding some items).
●Limited edition items are produced in strictly limited quantities and
will no longer be available once sold out. Thank you for your understanding.

● During the exhibition period, you can enter the lottery by scanning the
QR code provided at the venue.

Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 7:59 PM (JST)
● The lottery results and item shipments will be announced and processed
after the exhibition ends.
●Products will only be shipped within Japan.
●To prevent fraudulent applications, we will not allow changes to information after application or changes due to procedural errors.
If you plan to move between July and August 2025, please enter your new address.
●Please enter your name, address, contact information, and email address accurately.
●Applications are only valid for the person who applied.
Please be sure to apply using your own name and an address where you can receive the item.
● Requests for address forwarding through the delivery company or pickup
at courier service offices will not be accepted.

●The commemorative items (shop corner sales items) are advance
release products (excluding some items).
●These items may become unavailable during the event period without prior notice.
Thank you for your understanding.
●Returns, cancellations, and exchanges cannot be accepted at the venue.
Please be aware of this in advance.
●Please refrain from lingering for long periods, occupying space with purchased items,
or engaging in money transactions in and around the venue or within
Omotesando Hills before and after entering or leaving the exhibition,
as such actions cause inconvenience to nearby stores.
●Hills Card services (such as point rewards) and parking discount services are
not applicable for purchases made at this event. We appreciate your understanding.
●Shopping vouchers, gift certificates, and similar payment methods cannot be used
for purchases at this event.
●After this advance release at the event, commemorative items (shop corner sales items)
will be available for purchase through MEDICOM TOY’s official online store and
directly operated retail stores (excluding some items).
●Limited quantity items are produced in strictly limited numbers and will
no longer be available once sold out. Thank you for your understanding.
