After the event sales, limited quantities will be sold at MEDICOM TOY directly managed stores
(excluding some stores).

【Notes at application】
・Please apply only if you are possible to come to SPACE O
[B3/F Main Building of Omotesando Hills] on your designated time zone/date between October 22nd(Sat)~October 31st(Mon).
・Apply lottery on the blog only. We do not accept application by e-mail or phone.
・Only those who have completed the registration and
won the prize can purchase the product.
・Please input of address, contact information and e-mail address accurately for
a prompt contact to winners.
・An application is allowed only one person per address.
・ If any of the application details in the same time zone has the same address, contact information,
or email address, it will be invalid.
・If lottery sales are conducted at other MEDICOM TOY stores on the same day,
apply to multiple stores are authorized.
・We do not accept changing your information such as the name or
address after the application is accepted.
・Application is only effective to the person who applied.
・Application by third party will be considered invalid.
・On rare occasions, we may not be able to send the automatic reply mail
due to a server congestion.

In that case, the following message will be shown after application.
“Your lottery application is completed. Due to a server congestion, we cannot send an automatic reply at
this moment, but please be assured that the application has been accepted without any problems.”
Please note that the application has been completed as stated,
so do not make duplicate applications.

※The notification email might be recognized as “junk mail” by the setting of your email software or
an anti-virus software. Please check the settings of the software as well as the “Junk email folder”.

For the cell phone, please contact with your mobile phone company. Also,
please set it for receiving the following domain. @medicomtoy.co.jp

※Except for some products, you can choose to take home or delivery the items sold at the venue.
However, the quantity of take-out and delivery items is limited every day.
Please forgive it when it is sold out.
※The sales method at the venue is to fill in the order sheet as usual.
Please specify on the order sheet to the cashier that you would like to take it home or deliver it.
If you choose delivery, shipping fee will be free.
※We do not accept changes in selection after payment, from take-out to delivery,
or from delivery to take-out. Please note.
※The items sold at the venue are plan to be ship in early-November.
※The items sold at the venue will be ship to pre-registered address only.
※If you are schedule to plan moving after November 1st, 2022,
please apply with your new address.
※Ship to Japan address only. Accept Japan address only for the lottery application.
※We do not accept changing address or forwarding after the product has been shipped.
Please be sure to enter the address that you can receive.
※We do not accept requests for address forwarding to the delivery company.
※We do not accept delivery to the delivery company office.
※Please note that the information on a lottery application will be collated
with the winning information and used as a shipping information.
