It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Hideki Nomoto,
President and Representative Director of Bear Model Ltd., one of our valued business partners.
Mr. Nomoto passed away suddenly on April 7, 2026, at a hospital in Tokyo due to a cerebral infarction.
He was 62 years old. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the kindness and support he extended to us during his lifetime,
and we hereby respectfully inform you of his passing.

Mr. Nomoto was a treasured figure in the SOFVI (soft vinyl figure) industry,
known for creating numerous iconic works such as the “All Kaiju Collection”.
He also made significant contributions to our company over many years,
including his work on the “Toei Retro SOFVI Collection.” We are still in deep shock and grief at this sudden loss,
but we would like to take this opportunity to once again express our profound respect for his passion and achievements,
and to extend our sincerest condolences.

The funeral and memorial service were held privately with close family members.
We sincerely apologize for the delay in this announcement following the services.
In accordance with the wishes of the bereaved family, we respectfully request no offerings, condolence money,
telegrams, or visits.

We are planning to hold a memorial gathering for associates at a later date.
Details will be announced in due course. We kindly ask for your understanding.
